Sounds like, try witch hazel soaked into a minipad or you can buy tucks pads [more expensive]. I also added metamucil once a day, you can take a tbsp. in a glass of water up to three times a day that helped a lot because it only gets worse as the pregnancy increases. I didn't see the doctor although I mentioned that I had them and what I was doing at my next visit {this is my second pregnancy but in my first I did not have hemorroids until after delivery].
