While it's certainly possible to feel strong fetal movement at this early stage, it may not be as consistently pronounced right now vs. at 25 weeks, for example. Have you lied down to rest and paid very close attention to fetal movement (i.e. counting the number of movements you feel over a period of time)? If you have and still haven't felt anything (particularly since you're going on a week of this), by all means, yes, call your OB immediately and let him/her know. If for nothing else, for some good old fashioned peace of mind. Chances are everything's just fine and your baby has changed positions in such a way that you're not noticing the movement as much (remember, s/he's still pretty tiny at this point!). Your OB may want you to come in and do a quick check (i.e. listen for heartbeat, do an U/S, etc.) to make sure everything's going smoothly.
