I am having horrible cramping today, sometimes with contractions sometimes without. I am 38 1/2 weeks along. I am 2 cm dialated, 75% effaced, and lost my mucus plug yesterday. I am really hoping the cramps are not a sign of something being wrong. Does anyone know what is causing these and if they are dangerous to the baby?
