I have had severe shortness of breath for the past 3 weeks. Any kind of movement, getting out of a chair brushing my teeth, anything, jumps my heart rate to 120 - 130 beats per minute. I can not stand for any period of time because I feel like I'm going to collapse. This is my second pregnancy and although I remember having similar symptoms last time it was a lot later in my pregnancy and not nearly as debilitating.
