? About re-occuring Bladder Infection

From: Paula (anonymous@obgyn.net)

I am currently 14 weeks and I was diagnosed with my second bladder infection in the past 3 weeks. The urine test showed everything normal (blood, protein, sugar, etc.) except for my leukocytes were really high. My doctor put me on antibiotics and told me to drink lots of liquids. My question is this, if the antibiotics did not treat the first infection why treat it in the same manner and could there be another reason for the symptoms?

Symptoms: Mid-right back pain, fatigue, frequent urination, abdominal pain and nausea(not morning sickness).

Any information will be greatly appreciated.
