I try to not wear undergarments when I am at home since Yeast dont particularly like Air (so they say...I'm not an expert). Also, since its such a sensitive area don't use soap, and even when you dont have an infection go without undergarments if you can at home.

This seems to work for me...I had re-occurring infections. Also, Gold Bond medicated cream works wonderfully on external raw skin.
