Hi Theresa. I'm very very sorry about your loss. I had a molar pregnancy and a D&C at 12 weeks, so I know how you are feeling, hag in there. I had to wait for almost a year because of the molar thing, it all depends on the kind of miscarriage you had, ask your doc. As for your period, mine came along about four weeks after. Lia
