I am still hoping someone out there could help me with this question. I had treated a yeast infection with an over the counter 3 day medication (Canestan). I found out I am about 3 weeks pregnant. Can this harm the development of my baby? I am so paranoid that I have done something horribly wrong. I won't be seeing my doctor until tomorrow.
