Not ideal, but not as critical as if the water has broken at 30 weeks - "full term" is considered to be 37 weeks gestation, if that helps. My first child was born at 37 1/2 weeks with no problems, but the specific outcomes vary from infant to infant.

The brownish fluid in the amniotic fluid could be meconium staining, which could be indicative of fetal distress and can be concerning if the baby aspirates any of the fluid during birth.
