You should have or had a Rhogam shot within 72 hours of the miscarriage. If you didn't get one, the likelihood of converting to be sensitized to the Rh faactor is still small, but you should be retested in 3-4 months to make sure that you haven't converted. If someone does convert, subsequent pregnancies need to monitored VERY carefully. Certainly ask your ob about your specific case.
