Hang in there. Less than a week away. You can use cream to treat, but consult with your doc first to make sure it is a yeast infection. You may have some inflammation of the breast, if it is fullness and not a dicreet mass and not hot or red, it probably is early engorgement - keep an eye on this. DO get a refill. You are right to keep taking the Wellbutrin to prevent PPD. If your doc seems put out about a refill for that, I'd let him know that. He might not be aware of his demenor. Good luck.
