If you have UTI symptoms, I would recommend you take the antibiotic, esp. since you had a stone and an infection. Do try to get a culture done ASAP if they can't find the other. If thte stone is still there, you may even be a candidate for chronic supressive antibiotic treatment. Check with your ob or urologist.
