Hi Tracy, My symptoms tend to fluctuate too. Some days my breasts are more tender, other days they're fine. I also had days where I felt really nauseous and others were I felt great. I've read that if you notice a dramatic change in your pg symptoms to call your doctor. If it's only little fluctuations, I wouldn't worry... However, it might be a good idea to call your doctor about the spotting/discharge.
