I am 35 weeks pregnant and for the past 3 days, I've had cramps and achiness in my upper thighs (where I usually had menstrual cramps) and they are also occuring in my lower abdomen. My back is a bit achey as well. I have started taking extra iron supplements in the past few days and have experienced constipation. Could the constipation be causing all this or is it something else?
