Hi, I'm 38 weeks and 3 days, and scheduled for a C section this friday, August 4th. Well at my 38wk appointment, there was some blood in my urine and my doctor gave me some antibiotics. Well 2 days into the treatment I get a yeast infection..I'm wondering if its ok to use the cream if I'm a fingertip dialated? My cervix is still thick and high up. Also yesterday I noticed that my entire left breast feels like its bruised. I'm worried about this,could this be an infection too? One more problem I have..I take wellbutrin and have taken it throughout my pregancy, with my doctors permission. Well, I have only enough to last me about 2 weeks after my baby is born and I'm aprehensive to ask him for a refill. Would it be unreasonable to do so? He kindof acted like I was really putting him out last time I asked for a refill. I'm scared about PPD and dont want to worry about finding a doc right after my baby is born. Thank you for your time.
