I just found out that I am pregnant (approx 3 weeks.) I recently treated a yeast infection with an over the counter medication (Canestan 3 day) before knowing I was pregnant. Can this harm the fetus? I am overly concerned that I may have harmed the fetus. I have yet to speak to the doctor about this as I am going tomorrow, but I just need some relief in knowing that I didn't do any harm.
