Unless you get a full night (at least 6 hours) of uninterupted sleep, teh temp is worthless. I'm not a big fan of BBTs, but that may be because I almost never have an uninterrupted night's sleep (if I'm not on call, it's hte baby or one of hte dogs or my bladder!)
