if you think hte bleeding is coming form your vagina, you should see your doc

Could it be the cervix gets irritated >when straining?

the cervix certainly is irritated in pregnancy, but having a BM doesn't usually cause cervical bleeding, althgou it is possible that raising your blood pressure by straining could cause small blood vessels to burst

Tell your doc this -- and maybe see a GI specialist for additional help in dealing with what sounds an awful lot like irritable bowel
