Hi, I am assuming and hoping that everything went okay with your first pregnancy.

I also posed this question a few months back since I too am a victim of acne and am pregnant with my first. I used Neurtogena overnight pore gel with salicylic acid during my first trimester, not knowing this could have possibly been harmful, because I had discontinued my prescription stuff. Of course I got neurotic and called my doctor, and posted on this site, and everyone has reassured me that it is okay. I still worry about it from time to time, but I am now 30 weeks pregnant, and I know I must let the worry go.
