Slighlty pink CM on day 15 of cycle

I have been on metformin for 8 months now. I have been up to the highest dose of 850mg 3x a day, and am now back down to 500mg 3x day. My cycle lengths seem to keep increasing, last cycle was 60 days. My question is, this cycle on day 15-18 I noticed a pink tint to my cm. What does this mean? I have never noticed this when I have ovulated in the past. When can you see implantation bleeding if pregnant?
