I am 29 weeks pregnant. This morning I had a renal ultrasound and while I was there, the tech also checked on the baby. She said that the baby was in the breech presentation right now.

This is probably a silly question, but is it still early enough for the baby to turn itself around? At what point is the baby pretty much set into a permanent presentation?
