Phenergan is OK for pregnancy. If you are vomitting, definitely use the suppsositories. If not able to keep liquids down let OB know. Also, the Phenergan will most likely make you sleepy, so take advantage of it and get some rest. Hugs, as I know 1st hand how bad you feel, as I was sick as a dog with Miss Priss #1
