Have unprotected sex for one year, if no pregnancy by one year, see a specialist in Reproductive Endocrinology who knows what OPK's are and how to use them in people who need them, i.e. infertile couples(Those who don't achieve a pregnancy with one year of unprotected intercourse.) 50% of all normal couples will achieve a pregnancy in 6 months, 85% within 12 months and 95% within 24 months, With no OPK's, no BBT's, no testing of any kind, just 12 months of good fun.
