Also I am still nausea and lightheaded when standing ,can I be haveing still all these signs of pregnancy if nothing in sac is developeing?? Also if by chance this is blighted ovum....When usually would my body naturally miscarry the pregnancy itself?How long could a sac w/nothing inside stay inside? Again thankyou!!
