??? I have no clue what's going on???From: Ash (anonymous@obgyn.net)Mon, 17 Jul 2000 22:20:38 -0500 (CDT)
Here is the timeline of what happened. I have no idea what is going on: Late February- Protected sex Mar. 27-Period comes as normal May 10- Late by a week, so I take a test: negative. May 12- period comes, late but normal July 17- 67 days after last period, no period has came. I don't know what is going. I have 3 different types of depression, but not suffering from any now, I don't know if this could be a factor. Also I have recently quit smoking marijuana after six years of use, I don't know if this could be a factor. I have also recently found a lump behind my ear. I went to my doctor to see about it and she said it was a sinus infection, so I took antibiotics and Claritan, it didn't go away like she thought it would, so I went back and I was given nasal spray. This was in May, and the lump is still here. I don't know if this could be a factor. A reason I thought I could be pregnant besides the missed periods is recent weight gain, I've gained 10-15 lbs. in 3 mnths. Although it doesn't seem like a lot, I've been active (exercising pretty much on a regular basis) and cutting down on calories and fat. I also realize that depression and my recent kicking the habit could be a factor in weight gain (I've just recently gotten through the depression). I tried to make an appointment with my doctor today, but she just prescribed antibiotics for a sinus infection, even though I wanted to go in and discuss these other things (I had five noncancerous cysts on my ankle and have one on my rib that has been there for years). I don't know what to do. I'm twenty, I'm in college (summer session now), I'm not close to my mother, and recently I got rid of the horrible friends and exboyfriend I had (so I have NO friends at all), and I have no one to talk to, not even my doctor. I just want some answers to what is wrong with me. Please help if you can with any information you have.
