A few questions about my fertilityFrom: Catherine (anonymous@obgyn.net)Mon, 17 Jul 2000 09:27:00 -0500 (CDT)
I am a married 24 yr old women currently trying for my first child, (trying for approx 4 months). I havc a number of concerns whcih hopefully someone could help me with. Is infertilty problems heridatory, my mother had problems when trying for her first baby, although when tested, no problems were found, is this likely to happen to me. Does smoking make you infertile. I have given up recently for obvious reasons and wondered if by doing this it could help my chances of conceiving sooner. When I am ovulating should my discharge be clear and stretchy or white and stretchy. I have been monitoring this for a few months and have found I don't appear to have clear and strechy discharge, is this a problem. Probably alot of these questions are stupid, but they keep on playing on my mind, I just can't wait to be a mother and I want to put my mind at rest! Thanks for your help. Kat
