I took a herbal medicine per my doctor approx a month or so prior to conception. The herbal medicine is Kava-30. I only took two tablets or so but will that have any affect on the baby that I am now carrying or should I say did that affect the egg?? How long does it take for herbs to get out of your system?? Also I am taking 1000 mg of Calcium a day because I do not drink milk. Can I take the 1000 mg all at one time?? Or do I have to split it up 500mg twice a day?? Thanks!!
