Hi,
When I was 17wks., I opted for AFP instead of amnio due to previous bad experience. My OB had warned me that the results from the AFP will not be very accurate.
After a long 2wks, the result came back 1/85 or so and I was advised to do an amnio. I did and the results from the amnio came back fine. I am now 7months pregnant and just as
anxious as before and hoping that everything will be okay. I wish you all the best.
