Aid for SnoringFrom: Kristine (anonymous@obgyn.net)Mon, 10 Jul 2000 14:59:30 -0500 (CDT)
I am 32 weeks pg and am having a terrible time with my snoring. How embarrassing my husband has to wake ME up to stop so HE can sleep! I did the same thing with my first pregnancy, and I assume it is due to the swollen nasal passages as I have read about that you get with the increased blood level in the body during pregnancy. I bought some of those nasal strips and I think they work a little. I don't want to take Sudafed/Robitussin/Dimetapp, (i.e., a drug) to help if I don't have to, but if that's what I have to do to sleep better (I think the snoring doesn't allow me to sleep as well as I usually do)I will. What is the best suggestion to help reduce this nasal swelling? THANKS
