I am 6 weeks pg and for 30 hours this weekend I have been experiencing period-like cramps, bleeding from my vagina when I urinate and only slight spotting on my pad otherwise. The blood is dark red in color and is thick and sticky. My doctor's oncall nurse insists it may be stop very soon and that some bleeding is normal. I'll see the doctor Monday. Could this be a miscarriage starting or just possible implantation issues?
