My neighbor is due with her first baby next week. Tonight, she is having frequent (every 5-7 min), but painless BH contractions. She has an appt first thing in the morning (7:45), but wonders if she should call tonight. She is not having any spotting or excess discharge. We both figured if it was labor, it would hurt.

Does this sound like typical BH, or should she go ahead and call tonight?
