Depends on which pregnancy test you use... They have different sensitivity levels. And did you test first thing in the morning? I tested negative for my daughter being 1 day late... But I was actually pregnant (I guess that's how I got my daughter! LOL)

I've read from cover to cover Toni Weshler's "Taking Charge of Your Fertility", and I found that helpful in some areas, but I actually gave up charting because it was too difficult with a toddler getting up at strange hours, and the hot weather with no AC in the house.

I suggest calling your doctor and having an appointment, as it is unusual to have 18+ days of high temps and no baby growing.
