couple of possibilities -- she is pregnant again (new pregnancy), she has retained tissue from hte D&C in April, or she has a molar pregnancy (throphoblastic disease). With the continued bleeding and presistant hCG levels, I would do a repeat D&C now to 1)evaluate the tissue and 2) stop hte bleeding
