After a situation like this *why* would a dr not let his patient make an informed choice.(have a heart:) My goodness ANAL INCONTINENCE FOR MONTHS. I know surgery has risks but obviously so does vag birth!!!!Women are allowed to ask for tummy tucks ect.. Also, even without another 3rd degree tear another vag birth can't be kind to the area.
