I had an ultrasound yesterday at almost 4weeks of pregnancy. The dr was concerned because my hcg levels didn't rise appropriately at first but are rising fine now - they were over 910 on tuesday. My dr only saw a sac - I thought they would be able to see a fetal pole (something I read). Anyways they didn't and I was wondering if seeing a 4 week sac was normal and good news?
