Re: - R.Daniel Braun - CBC and Differential and Urine test - Concerned - could high results effect pregnancy?

Thanks for responding. The urine sample was done at the ER. They put a
tube in my bladder so they could fill it up with water for the
ultrasound. After the ultrasound I was taken back to the room on the
bed and was told to pee through the tube and it was collected from the
end of the tube. So I think that's what you mean by catheterization so
yes it was done that way.
I was not bleeding that day at all and had only bled 1 time which was
several weeks prior to the ER visit. Therefore there should have been
no blood and since the urine was collected through a tube in my bladder
the blood was directly from the urine. Any other reasons for the blood
being there?
The ketones sounds accurate. I was at the hospital for 6 hours and they
gave me nothing to eat and I was so hungry so that probably explains
that.
The squamous cells could not be from the vaginal lining since the urine
was collected by a tube in my bladder. Any other reason for that then?
And the mucous?
Since it was done by catheterization (if thats what you mean.. a tube
being put in the bladder) then it was not contaminated with anything or
the vaginal lining/secretions.
They told me I had a UTI and now it's gotten bad to where I pee in a
clear cup and I see big circles of something looking like tissue
floating around. I'm also concerned about my kidneys.. could the blood
indicate a kidney infection? I had a kidney stone a LONG time ago and I
know blood was found in my urine then. Thanks
