Usually not due to the rarity of the problem.

When I was pregnant 20 >years ago a second antibody screen was done at 6 months (I think).At
>that time they were not giving Rhogam during the pregnancy, at least not

It was around 1980, that Jack Bowman in Winnipeg, recommended giving the 28 week injection of Rh Immune Globulin and presented his data showing that to be a good thing to do.
