According to "epocrates"(A drug Database), Temazepam (Restoril) is a
pregnancy Class X medication. That means it should not be given to
pregnant women as the risks outweigh any suspected benefits.
I ahve always used Benadryl 50 mg at bedtime. It is safe and on top of
that you can now buy it OTC.
