I am 26 weeks pregnant and about 6 weeks ago i noticed light spotting coming from my rectum sometimes when i would deficate. I assumed it was the begining of hemeroids, and thought nothing of it, but yesterday I noticed that it was on the feces itself, suggesting that it may be comming from a deeper point than just my anus. Also, the white, discharge like, film that is in with my feces, which i was told is normal in pregnancy, is coming up with little blood clots in it too? I'm not in any pain, and it dosent hurt to have bowel movements. Is this somthing i should worry about?
