3 cycles of IUI (3-8 follicles each) still not pregnant

A LAP 7/99 showed OK tubes and SpermCount is great. After 7 rounds of Chlomid (all w/ 1 follicle) and 3 rounds of Follistim (3-12 follicles each mo) - along with Heparin and Progesterone - we still aren't pg. I am also taking Metformin for PCOS

What are we missing??? - something must be going on!!! We're going IVF next
