Hello I am 4 and a half months pregnant, and last week during a routine US scan, several cysts were spotted on one ovary. 2 days later I have been having sporadic pain on that side - it comes and goes. I did not get a good look at the cysts to narrow down what type they are - the gyno said "in a few months we'll have another look". Questions: 1. What implications for the pregnancy (this wil be my second child and we do not want more)? 2. Does the pain indicate urgency ? If so, how urgent ?? Yours, Amira Dávalos
