Occipital posterior delivery with forcepsFrom: S.B. (anonymous@obgyn.net)Tue, 20 Jun 2000 21:06:08 -0500 (CDT)
I just had a baby girl last Wednesday. After pushing for three hours, the doctors discovered that she was coming out nose up, and she was delivered with forceps. I'm worried that future babies might try to come out the same way. Is there any way to tell ahead of time which way the next one is coming, and anything I can do about it if it turns out he or she is occipital posterior? Thanks, Shannon
