The problem here is that plain and simple you are dehydrated! I do not understand with that much protein and ketones MD did not opt for a bag or 2 of IV fluid. Perhaps Docs here have other med ideas, as I said before, I have been in your shoes, did all typical nausea meds, none worked, 13 lb wt loss in 10 days... 6 days in hospital, 3 different meds, finally thorazine did some good, but need to get it under control, probably IM (shots) and get you hydrated. I think if you could get hydrated, it would help alot. Why MD not suggest some IV fluid??
