Hi, I just found out more info today and would appreciate your opinion and what you think if you don't mind. Due to unplanned circumstances today I was not able to make it to my doctor before they closed to get the HCG done. However, I just got back from the hospital where I got my pictures of the ultrasounds that they did and the report. The report from radiology reads: "Transabdominal scanning demonstrates probable intrauterine gestational sac with fetal pole. No free fluid is seen."

"Endovaginal Scan: Endovaginal scanning demonstrates intrauterine pregnancy with crown-rump length of 1.3 cm suggesting a gestational age of 7 weeks 4 days. Fetal heart rate is measured at 160 beats per minute. No free fluid or abnormal mass is seen. The adnexa are normal."

"Impression: At 7 weeks 4 days intaruterine gestation with fetal heart rate of 160 beats per minute"

How could I have miscarried when the ER just saw the baby on June 7th and it had a heart rate of 160 beats per minute?! I have the ultrasound pictures also. I went to my doctor June 16th and was told that I miscarried so between June 7th and June 16th something happened or did it? Could I really have miscarried and now bled even after the ER saw it and it's heart rate?? Or have I yet to miscarry? My doctor said that he didn't think the ER really saw anything, well I have proof today that they did and that they had a fetal heart beat. How likely is it that I miscarried within a week and didn't know it and without bleeding? Plus my HCG was almost 45000. dawn
