There will be no problems with the birth. As far as calming it down, kegels help, lots of fiber to make bowel activity easier. Surgery after will depend on how much worse it gets and if you are done with your childbearing (does not make much sense to repair the rectocoele if you are going to conceive again and destroy the best chance at a repair you will have).
