Measuring big??? help!!

I am 36 weeks along now, according to my doctor and two weeks ago I measured 36cm. last week I measured 43cm and today I measure 51cm. Are my dates off? My ultra sound showed that the baby is about 8 pounds now. I dont want to have a large baby, I had trouble in the past with a 9lb. I am scared and I go to the doctor tomorrow & I dont know what to say or handle this. The doctor still has my due date of july 7th!! am I measuring right for 36 weeks? is the baby premature? The doctor says its ready and she wont stop me if i go into labor but she wont induce me. confused!!!!
