Re: *-- R. Daniel Braun --* Threatened abortion and Urinary Tract infection while pregnant - Worried - Would appreciate some insight

I've been looking at the normal ranges of HCG levels and it seems as
though mine is really low. When I read the HCG level for 7 or 8 weeks
is that 7 weeks LMP? You said my HCG level is normal for 5.5 weeks.. is
that 5.5 weeks from LMP? I am almost about 8 weeks LMP. So if I was 7
weeks 4 days LMP yesterday with an HCG of 2090 is that still really low
being that I have read that 7 weeks HCG should be over 7000. Or is that
7 weeks from ovulation/fertilization or 7 weeks LMP? It just dawned on
me that maybe I'm reading the HCG scale wrong. If it is correct that
the scale goes by LMP, then I'm really low. With the bleeding I had for
10 min and the little clot I passed and the severe cramping, it would
seem as though I'm going to have a miscarriage. I'm still worried about
an ectopic. Can a hospital make the mistake of telling me everything is
in the right place when it's not? I was first told nothing was there
then later told it was there. Since my HCG levels seem to be so low,
and Ive had bleeding on one day with cramps and one clot, fever, 2
infections (UTI and one other) that they refuse to do anything for
because of being pregnant.. it seems as though everything is working
against me having a normal pregnancy and I'm just not getting the
answers I'm looking for. Thanks for your time.
