Welcome to pregnancy! Yes sounds very common. Dry crackers, toast, light liquids. Your goal at this point is mainly to keep some liquids down. If you get to the point that you are not able to keep liquids down, then need to let MD know. Also eat what you feel like tummy can handle, if this is chips and a soda, OK, it is better than nothing. Worry about nutrition after you get through the throw up stage.
