11 weeks pregnant with twins - Unusual symptoms (for me)

Hi, I'm currently 11 weeks pregnant with twins. I have been fortunate enough to not have had any severe nauseousness this whole pregnancy or really any other major symptoms. All of a sudden yesterday I woke up (after 9 hours of sleep) with a headache, exhausted and extremly nauseous. I had to come home from work early and collapsed for 2 1/2 hours of sleep my headache lessensed quite a bit last night but today I feel so exhausted (after 9 hours of sleep last night) and my headache is still around - it's only aggravated when I make sharp movements or bend down. My nauseounesss is horrible - I'm hungry yet the thought of food makes me want to throw up. I amost wish I could just throw up and get it over with. I feel really hazy and all I want to do is cozy up in bed and do and be nothing. The only other thing is that my extremly fequent urination is also back with a vegenence. I don't have any fever or anything.

Does this sound normal at this point in my pregnancy? Are there any warning signs that could indicate things like anemia etc... when I should call my doctor.

I really appreciate your advise - I would really hate to call my dr's office (he's on vacation anyway) and ask them if this is just normal symptoms.

Thanks!
