Fatima, I would just keep an eye on things. Remember, 25% of pregnancies end in miscarriage. Most of the patients I see with a small amount of spotting and cramping, go on and do fine with their pregnancy. If the bleeding or cramping increases or persist, I would notify your physician... Lynn
